TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to every quotation, order and delivery from Nexer Media FZ-LLC. Please read them before approving your artwork or placing an order.

01. Quotations, Currency & VAT

All quotations and invoices are issued in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Payments must be made in the invoice currency.
5% VAT will be charged as per UAE law.
Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
All bank charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility.

50% advance payment is required to start production. The remaining 50% must be paid before delivery.
Payments are accepted only via bank transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques or offer any credit facility.
Goods remain the property of Nexer Media until all outstanding amounts are fully paid.

By signing this document, you confirm receipt of the complete quantity of goods and acceptance of the quality, color, design, printing, and finishing in satisfactory condition.
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once delivery is completed.
Final quantity may be up to 100 pcs more or less. Any extra pieces will be charged, and any fewer pieces will be deducted based on the agreed unit price.
Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production, courier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
Two (2) deliveries within Dubai are free. Additional Dubai deliveries are AED 300 each.
Abu Dhabi delivery is chargeable based on carton quantity, or self-pickup is available from our warehouse. Customers may also collect their order from our facility at no charge.

Samples made with your design are digitally printed for design and layout approval only; final production is offset printed, so color and paper may vary. For accurate material and print reference, please ask your dedicated salesperson for a final production sample from a previous order.
A 10–15% color variation in the final printed product is acceptable and is a natural characteristic of the offset printing process. This shall not be considered a printing defect.
Screens use RGB (Red, Green & Blue) and create colors using light, while printing uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) inks. RGB does not use a separate black ink, whereas CMYK includes Black (K) for printing; therefore, some RGB screen colors cannot be reproduced exactly in CMYK, and color differences in final printing are normal.

Customers must carefully check and approve all artwork before production.
Nexer Media is not responsible for any errors after artwork approval, including spelling, colors, sizes, patterns, or layout.
All client files and information are kept strictly confidential.
Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all submitted logos, trademarks, images, and artwork.
Design is free with production orders. If only the editable/source design file is required, a AED 500 design fee will apply.

Free storage is available for 3 months after production is completed. After 3 months, a storage fee of AED 50 per carton or bundle will apply.
Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Any quantity, printing or manufacturing issue must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos/videos and affected quantities. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Only written confirmations issued by Nexer Media are considered valid. Verbal discussions, phone calls, or verbal promises regarding production, storage, delivery, pricing, or any other services will not be accepted or considered binding. Written (WhatsApp/Email) approvals are legally binding.
